ACCIONA, in its Construction Business is looking to hire a Document Controller for its railway project in Clark, Pampanga.

Responsible for the control, tracking, submission, distribution, and filling of all QA/QC-related documents to ensure compliance with project requirements and document control procedures.

• Document Control Management: Maintain, register, track, and archive all QA/QC documents, ensuring proper revision control and compliance with project procedures.
• Submission & Monitoring: Process and distribute QA/QC document submissions through Aconex, monitor review and approval status, maintain accurate document trackers.

• 5 years of experience in document control, project administration, or records management

• Experience in construction, infrastructure, railway, QA/QC, or engineering projects is preferred.

• Familiarity with QA/QC documentation process is an advantage.

Technical Skills:

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Powerpoint).
• Experience with document management systems such as Aconex, EDMS, SharePoint, or similar platforms.
