The ideal candidate will thrive in a collaborative team environment and demonstrate excellent coordination and written communication skills.</p> <p>The New Accounts Documentation &amp; KYC Specialist's key responsibilities include but are not limited to:</p> <ul> <li>Validate and screen documentation submitted by clients for account opening.</li> <li>Follow up with clients regarding any outstanding or incomplete documents.</li> <li>Provide support for registered mail delivery.</li> <li>Assist with account opening procedures and processing.</li> <li>Offer general administrative support to the New Accounts team.</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Qualification &amp; Skills</strong></p> <ul> <li>Ability to produce accurate work in a fast-paced environment.</li> <li>Capable of working independently and effectively as part of a team while managing multiple tasks.</li> <li>Fluency in English is required; additional foreign languages are an advantage.</li> <li>Detail-oriented, diligent, and solution-focused.</li> <li>Proficient in basic PC applications.</li> <li>Familiarity with Chinese pinyin is a plus.</li> </ul>
