What is Domain AI/ML Engineer?

We are seeking a skilled AI/ML engineer to build and deploy production-grade AI solutions that solve real business challenges across customer experience, technology, fintech services, enterprise solutions, and internal operations. This role requires strong technical expertise in machine learning, generative AI, modern frameworks, and cloud-based AI platforms, combined with the ability to translate business requirements into scalable solutions. You will work collaboratively with business, product, platform, and data teams to deliver impactful AI solutions that drive measurable business value.

What does Domain AI/ML Engineer do?

·       Design, develop, and deploy AI, machine learning, and GenAI solutions for assigned business domains.

·       Build intelligent products, copilots, recommendation engines, forecasting models, and automation capabilities.

·       Develop and optimize prompts, agents, models, and workflows using modern AI frameworks and tools.

·       Collaborate with business, product, platform, and data teams to translate use cases into scalable solutions.

·       Productionize AI models using established MLOps and LLMOps practices and cloud-based deployment tools.

·       Monitor model performance, reliability, adoption, and business impact in production environments.

·       Contribute to reusable AI assets, accelerators, frameworks, and best practices across the AI Vertical.

Requirements

What are we looking for and what does it require to be a Domain AI/ML Engineer?

·       Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.

·       5–8+ years of hands-on experience in AI/ML engineering, data science, software engineering, or advanced analytics.

·       Hands-on expertise with Python, ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn), LLMs, agentic workflows, and cloud-based AI platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).

·       Proven experience deploying AI/ML solutions into production environments at scale.

·       Strong business problem-solving skills, stakeholder engagement capabilities, and ability to translate technical requirements into business outcomes.
