POSITION SUMMARY

We are looking for a Senior Domo Implementation Specialist who wants to be part of a company revolutionizing the tourism industry.

As a Senior Domo Implementation Specialist, you will support a team responsible for delivering Rove's tourism data products to our global customer base. In this hands-on role, you will work closely with cross-functional product implementation, products operations, and Customer Service teams to scale our global business operations and build on our process and best practices to ensure our customers receive the best possible product experience.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Work as part of a cross-functional implementation team responsible for delivering Rove's tourism data products to our global customer base while implementing industry best-practices.
• Participate in client engagement efforts to identify product implementation priorities, dependencies, and customization requirements.
• Work with data operations team members to coordinate ingestion of Rove’s core product datasets into Domo.
• Design and develop data pipelines in Domo to support product customization or ad hoc requests.
• Design data visualizations and dashboards for consumption in Domo and embedded environments.
• Assist in developing technical and end user documentation to enable internal teams and customers to get the most value from Rove’s data products.
• Participate in development of customer strategies to maximize use of Rove’s data products.
• Provide input to product development teams for future product feature releases.

 

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• A master’s or bachelor’s degree in computer science, statistics, data science, applied math or related discipline.
• 5+ years hands-on working experience with the Domo platform or similar solutions (SiSense, Qlik etc.), preferably with a startup Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) or BI (Business Intelligence) implementation services company.
• Strong ETL and SQL skills with understanding of underlying architecture to develop efficient data pipelines.
• Strong data visualization and data storytelling abilities.
• Experience as a business analyst or conducting business and technical requirements planning sessions.

• Experience with statistical analysis and developing models preferred but not required.

• Demonstrate the ability to provide information and ideas in a clear, comprehensive, concise, and organized manner

Remote, with ability to work between 8:30 am and 5:00 pm Eastern Standard Time.
