• Greet guests with a warm, welcoming attitude and assist with luggage

• Ensure smooth and efficient arrivals and departures

• Provide personalized local recommendations and enrich guest experiences

• Coordinate with the concierge and luggage teams to deliver seamless service

• Anticipate and exceed guest needs, offering five-star treatment

• Maintain a polished and professional appearance at all times

• Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment

• Uphold the high standards of Rocco Forte Hotels in every interaction

• Carry out valet parking duties as part of the role

• Hold a full, clean driving licence required for valet parking responsibilities
