<p><strong><span data-contrast="none">Job Role</span></strong> </p>
<p>We are seeking a Part-Time Psychedelic Dosing Monitor / Therapist to support clinical trials focused on psychedelic research for individuals with depression, anxiety, and other mood disorders at one or more of our research site locations.</p>

<ul>
<li><span data-contrast="none">Serve as Lead Study Therapist in clinical trials for depression, anxiety, and other mood disorders</span><span data-ccp-props="{"201341983":0,"335559685":1080,"335559738":30,"335559739":30,"335559740":240}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="none">Complete study-sponsored therapist training</span><span data-ccp-props="{"201341983":0,"335559685":1080,"335559738":30,"335559739":30,"335559740":240}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="none">Provide support to participants throughout the clinical trial, in alignment with the study protocol and the training guidelines provided.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"201341983":0,"335559685":1080,"335559738":30,"335559739":30,"335559740":240}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="none">Collaborate as needed with the team of clinicians managing the participants’ participation in the study</span><span data-ccp-props="{"201341983":0,"335559685":1080,"335559738":30,"335559739":30,"335559740":240}"> </span></li>

<p><strong><span data-contrast="none">Qualifications</span></strong><span data-ccp-props="{"201341983":0,"335559739":0,"335559740":240}"> </span></p>
<ul>
<li><span data-contrast="none">Licensed mental health professionals in Massachusetts, New York, Pennsylvania, or Texas (e.g., PsyD, PhD, LCSW, LMSW, LMHC, LMFT) with the ability to provide psychotherapy in compliance with state regulations.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"201341983":0,"335559685":1080,"335559738":30,"335559739":30,"335559740":240}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="none">Significant experience providing psychotherapy to individuals with depression, anxiety, and other mood disorders.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"201341983":0,"335559685":1080,"335559738":30,"335559739":30,"335559740":240}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="none">Prior training in the administration of therapy within industry-sponsored psychedelic trials (e.g., Compass, Cybin, MindMed, Atai) is preferred.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"201341983":0,"335559685":1080,"335559738":30,"335559739":30,"335559740":240}"> </span></li>
<li>Ability to meet fixed scheduling expectations, including consistent on-site availability.<strong> </strong></li>
<li>Final candidate must be approved by both Adams Clinical and the study sponsor.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Commitments</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>This is a part-time role with 24 guaranteed hours per week.</li>
<li>Therapists are expected to maintain consistent availability 3 days per week for participant-facing responsibilities, including pre-dose preparations, monitoring during dosing sessions, and post-dose follow-ups. Three-day availability must be either Monday-Wednesday or Tuesday-Thursday.</li>
<li>Scheduling will be based on study volume, participant availability, and internal priorities and requires dependable adherence to assigned days.</li>
<li>The majority of participant visits will be conducted on-site, with some remote participant visits.</li>
<li>Therapists must be willing to learn and adhere to ICH-GCP standards.</li>
<li>Additional responsibilities include administrative tasks, onboarding, and study-related training, and other tasks as assigned</li>
