From software developers and product managers to designers and strategists, Team UI is driven to achieve our common goal: Rethinking IT.&nbsp;At Ubiquiti, you’ll heighten your potential and broaden your horizons - all while shaping the future of connectivity.</p> <p></p></div><p><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Responsibilities</span></p> <ul> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"> <p><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Validate system functionality, design, compatibility, performance, and stress capacity.</span></p> </li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"> <p><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Test and monitor product features and device compatibility.</span></p> </li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"> <p><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Lead test planning, execution, and reporting.</span></p> </li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"> <p><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Analyze test data, identify issues, and recommend improvements.</span></p> </li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"> <p><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Optimize testing processes through improved methodologies, tools, and test program development.</span></p> </li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"> <p><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Establish and maintain test environments.</span></p> </li> </ul> <p><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Qualifications:</span></p> <ul> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"> <p><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or a related field, with knowledge of networking, radio, and Linux.</span></p> </li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"> <p><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Proficient in using a multimeter, thermal chamber, data logger, and EMC compliance equipment.</span></p> </li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"> <p><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Experience in hardware or design quality testing.</span></p> </li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"> <p><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Experience in environmental stress testing, particularly thermal and reliability systems.</span></p> </li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"> <p><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Enthusiastic about new technology and eager to develop into a lead test engineer.</span></p> </li> </ul> <p><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Preferred Qualifications:</span></p> <ul> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"> <p><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Familiarity with multimeters, oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, thermal chambers, power supplies, Ethernet traffic analyzers, and electronic loads.</span></p> </li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"> <p><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Experience in PoE testing, ESD, thermal testing, power consumption testing, RMA failure analysis and tracking, reliability testing, 2nd source verification, and mechanical inspection.</span></p> </li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"> <p><span style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Strong emotional intelligence and excellent cross-departmental communication skills.</span></p> </li> </ul>
