Key Responsibilities

• Design and deliver engaging and innovative Drama lessons across Key Stages 3, 4, and 5.
• Develop and implement creative lesson plans that align with the national curriculum and school-specific objectives.
• Assess student progress, provide constructive feedback, and set ambitious targets.
• Collaborate effectively with colleagues within the department and across the wider school community.
• Remain up-to-date with the latest pedagogical approaches and curriculum developments in Drama education.

Qualifications and Experience

• A Bachelor's degree in Drama or a related field.
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching certification.
• Demonstrated experience teaching Drama at the secondary level, ideally across multiple key stages.
