About the role

  • Prior experience in clerical, filing, records management, or administrative support roles
  • Experience supporting Government operations or high‑volume documentation environments

Responsibilities:

  • Drive Government trucks, vans, and similar vehicles to deliver messages, documents, packages, and mail to various Government entities and business partners.
  • Transport office personnel and execute errands including postal runs and mail sorting.
  • Obtain receipts for delivered items and maintain accurate delivery logs.
  • Ensure all materials are delivered precisely as instructed, following written guidance.
  • Assist with office file maintenance, scanning, shelving, and auditing when not driving.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise:

  • Ability to read and comprehend instructions proficiently in English.
  • Strong organizational skills necessary for logging, tracking, and verifying deliveries.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, climbing, and reaching.
  • Familiarity with safe driving practices and responsible handling of Government vehicles.
