DSP - Software Engineer

<p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>What Impact You'll Have</strong></p> <p>Develop DSP software and methods within a novel architecture to provide near real-time insights to customers. You will be working closely with a team of signal analysts, DSP experts, and software developers to take the customer vision from whiteboard to operations.</p> <p><strong>What You'll be Owning</strong></p> <ul> <li>Custom-written DSP modules that produce detection, geolocation data, and other customer-specified products.</li> <li>Processes for automating DSP techniques to streamline and optimize reporting by generating graphical and text-based outputs.</li> <li>Operate Windows and Linux based compute environments that support high throughput RF processing, including GPU nodes when needed.</li> <li>Implement monitoring, logging, alerting, and operational dashboards for services and data pipelines.</li> <li>Automate infrastructure and operational workflows using scripting and configuration management.</li> <li>Produce documentation and runbooks to support operations teams and mission users.</li> </ul> <p><strong>What You Must Have</strong></p> <ul> <li>BS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related degree type.</li> <li>2+ years of related experience.</li> <li>Experience with digital signal processing (DSP) and signals analysis.</li> <li>Active TS/SCI clearance with ability to obtain Poly if required.</li> <li>Strong Linux skills.</li> <li>Experienced with using Git and version control.</li> <li>Experienced with Python.</li> <li>Strong communication skills, including presentation of processes and results to a variety of audiences, and strong written skills relating to documentation of methods, results, and appropriate caveats.<br>&nbsp;</li> </ul> <p><strong>What Would be Nice to Have</strong></p> <ul> <li>Experience with containers (Docker) and Kubernetes operations.</li> <li>Experience with AWS or hybrid cloud deployments.</li> <li>Experience with C++.</li> <li>Enthusiasm for signal analysis and its insights with a desire to share and mentor junior analysts on techniques and best practices.</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p><div class="content-conclusion"><p id="isPasted"><strong>Why Choose GRVTY</strong></p> <hr> <p>The toughest national security challenges demand vision and ingenuity, not just resources.
