About the role

<p>You will build the analytical backbone of DTC at More Nutrition, enabling structured, scalable and data-driven decision-making across all commercial levers.&nbsp;Your goal is to move DTC from reactive analysis to proactive performance management, while establishing robust frameworks, playbooks and scalable systems to support our next growth phase.&nbsp;You will leverage automation and AI as key enablers to increase speed, depth and scalability of insights across the organization. As one of the fastest-growing DTC businesses in Germany, you will play a key role in shaping how data drives our path toward €1Bn+ international expansion. &nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <h3><strong>Your Mission</strong></h3> <ul> <li><strong>End-to-End DTC Performance Analytics</strong> <ul> <li>You own and evolve DTC performance analysis across traffic, conversion, revenue and customer behavior</li> <li>You identify key drivers of growth across promotions, CRO, marketing channels and product portfolio</li> <li>You translate complex data into clear, actionable business recommendations</li> </ul> </li> </ul> <ul> <li><strong data-start="422" data-end="466">Channel, Attribution &amp; Commercial Impact</strong> <ul> <li>You analyze and quantify the impact of all channels (e.g. paid, TikTok Shop, organic, TV)</li> <li>You assess channel interactions, overlaps and incrementality</li> <li>You enable better budget allocation and investment decisions</li> </ul> </li> </ul> <ul> <li><strong data-start="706" data-end="745">Cross-Functional Business Analytics</strong> <ul> <li>You support key commercial questions beyond marketing</li> <li>You analyze portfolio performance (e.g. product mix, innovation impact)</li> <li>You evaluate promotion effectiveness</li> <li>You support market and channel expansion decisions</li> <li>You work closely with Performance, Influencer Marketing, CRM, eCommerce and PLM teams</li> </ul> </li> </ul> <ul> <li><strong data-start="1087" data-end="1130">Content &amp; Creative Performance Insights</strong> <ul> <li>You analyze which content, formats and creators drive performance</li> <li>You connect creative output to business impact (conversion, revenue)</li> <li>You enable data-driven optimization of content and campaign strategies</li> </ul> </li> </ul> <ul> <li><strong data-start="1364" data-end="1404">Data Infrastructure, Automation &amp; AI</strong> <ul> <li>You build scalable reporting and analytics frameworks for the DTC team</li> <li>You reduce dependency on BI through structured, self-serve insights</li> <li>You leverage AI and automation to improve speed, quality and scalability of analysis</li> <li>You identify and implement high-impact AI use cases across DTC</li> </ul> </li> </ul> <ul> <li><strong data-start="1726" data-end="1767">Structure, Playbooks &amp; Best Practices</strong> <ul> <li>You introduce structured ways of working (e.g. analysis frameworks, testing approaches, reporting standards)</li> <li>You bring external best practices from leading DTC / eCommerce companies</li> <li>You ensure analytical work is repeatable, scalable and decision-oriented</li> </ul> </li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <h3>Your Qualifications</h3> <ul> <li data-section-id="bmi9l9" data-start="2080" data-end="2206">You have 5+ years of experience in analytics, data, or performance marketing, ideally within DTC or ecommerce environments</li> <li data-section-id="15soytb" data-start="2210" data-end="2352">You demonstrate a proven ability to translate data into business impact and decision-making, leveraging modern tools and AI where relevant</li> <li data-section-id="1t4d6uo" data-start="2356" data-end="2478">You have experience working with analytics and data tools (e.g. SQL, Databricks, Tableau, Google Analytics or similar)</li> <li data-section-id="1vsmquu" data-start="2482" data-end="2579">You have experience with attribution, incrementality and performance analysis across channels</li> <li data-section-id="1lu6qub" data-start="2583" data-end="2685">You have a strong understanding of eCommerce / DTC metrics (conversion, CAC, LTV, retention, etc.)</li> <li data-section-id="1w0xv2b" data-start="2689" data-end="2832">You show strong interest and experience in AI, automation and new technologies, with a hands-on mindset to test and implement new solutions</li> <li data-section-id="s9px7d" data-start="2836" data-end="2924">You have experience working with eCommerce platforms (e.g. Shopify), which is a plus</li> <li data-section-id="onbih8" data-start="2928" data-end="2994">You bring a hands-on, pragmatic and performance-driven mindset</li> <li data-section-id="1uaunzl" data-start="2998" data-end="3038">You are fluent in English and German</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <h3>Why choose us?</h3> <p>Being part of our team means joining a high-performing company with a diverse and inclusive culture.
