We are offering a great work experience in amazing Athens, Greece for a role as a Dutch Back Office Agent. 

Role Overview:
In this position, you will be responsible for analyzing the performance of BPO vendors to ensure the highest quality of customer experience while supporting stable and efficient operations. You will also play a key role in cross-functional collaboration and problem-solving to support external teams and frontline escalations.

Requirements

What do you need to be successful at this job?

• 2+ years of experience in online customer service or back-office roles
  
• Strong analytical, prioritization, and active listening skills
  
• Proficiency in MS Office and G-Suite
  
• Advanced communication skills
  
• Availability to work rotating shifts (including weekends and holiday),– with at least 1 weekend off per month)
  
• Fluency in Dutch and English
