About the role

As a Content Moderator in this project, your daily responsibilities will include:
- Ensure legal compliance and safety of content uploaded to the platform
- Be responsible for the development, improvement, and maintenance of standards for the security of our online communities
- Improve the content management strategy
- Be responsible for coordinating with supervising departments for timely management of content that violates the policies
- Meet and exceed our service quality goals, compliance regulations and productivity targets
Requirements
You need to have the requirements below in order to be selected:
- Proficient level of Dutch (C1-C2)
- Advanced level of English (at least C1)
- Ability to adapt to a challenging software system.
- Analytical and problem solving skills with strong attention to detail
- Must hold EU citizenship or a valid work permit for Greece
- Availability to work onsite in a hybrid working model
- Availability to work in rotational shifts
