As a Dutch Speaking Content Reviewer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and positivity of the online community by carefully reviewing and moderating content for Dutch-speaking users, thereby contributing to a respectful and secure digital environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and moderate Dutch user-generated content to ensure compliance with community guidelines.
• Assess content according to established policies and provide constructive feedback.
• Identify and escalate inappropriate or harmful content.
• Collaborate with moderation teams to improve content quality standards.
• Monitor content trends and contribute insights to enhance moderation strategies.

Requirements

• Exceptional fluency in Dutch (written and spoken) is essential.
• Candidates must have at least B2 proficiency in English.
• Previous experience in content moderation or similar roles is preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to consistently apply guidelines.
• Ability to handle sensitive or challenging content professionally.
• Familiarity with online platforms and moderation tools is beneficial.
