In this role, you will provide high-quality customer service to Dutch-speaking clients, assisting them with product inquiries, technical support, and after-sales services.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to Dutch-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat concerning electronic products and services.
• Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using CRM tools.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve product-related issues and customer concerns.
• Stay updated on product developments, company policies, and industry trends.
• Contribute to process improvements aimed at enhancing the customer experience.

Requirements

• Fluency in Dutch (spoken and written) is essential; good command of English is preferred.
• Experience in customer service or technical support, preferably within the electronics industry.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills with a customer-focused attitude.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with CRM software and digital communication tools.
• Willingness to relocate to Greece and adapt to the new work environment.
