Dutch-Speaking Customer Experts for Household Electronics - Work In Greece

Mercier Consultancy MD is seeking motivated Dutch-Speaking Customer Experts to join our team supporting a leading household electronics company in Greece. In this role, you will provide excellent customer service and technical support to Dutch-speaking customers, helping them with product inquiries, troubleshooting, and after-sales service.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver professional and courteous customer support to Dutch-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat regarding household electronics products.
• Assist customers with technical issues, product information, installation guidance, and warranty claims.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex customer problems effectively.
• Stay informed about product updates, company policies, and industry trends.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of customer service processes.

Requirements

• Fluency in Dutch (spoken and written) is mandatory; good English skills are a plus.
• Experience in customer service or technical support, preferably within the household electronics sector.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving skills, and a customer-focused attitude.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with CRM software and digital communication tools.
• Willingness to relocate and work in Greece.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
