Your Role:
- Provide customer service to Dutch-speaking clients through phone, email, and chat.
- Effectively resolve customer inquiries and issues with professionalism and accuracy.

Requirements
- Fluency in Dutch, both written and spoken.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to adapt to remote work technologies and tools.
- Motivation to live and work in Greece while contributing to our team.
- No prior experience required, just a great attitude and a willingness to learn!
