As a Dutch Speaking Customer Service Agent, you will play an important role in supporting customers and representing service quality in every interaction. This role is suited to someone who communicates clearly, stays calm under pressure, and enjoys helping people solve problems across a range of everyday service needs.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer inquiries in Dutch across phone, email, and chat channels.
• Resolve account, billing, and service issues with empathy and accuracy.
• Document customer interactions clearly and follow internal support procedures.
• Meet quality and performance targets while delivering excellent customer experience.
• Collaborate with team leads to escalate complex cases and ensure timely resolution.

Requirements

• Dutch or Flemish proficiency at C1/C2 level.
• Good English proficiency.
• Able to work remotely from within Greece.
