Dutch Speaking Customer Service Agent - Work In Greece - Paid Relocation

In this role, you will help create positive customer experiences for Dutch-speaking audiences while contributing to a service environment that values clarity, responsiveness, and empathy. You will play an important part in representing service quality in day-to-day customer interactions and in helping ensure issues are resolved efficiently through close coordination with internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Handle Dutch-speaking customer inquiries across phone, email, and chat channels.
• Document customer interactions clearly in CRM and internal support systems.
• Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and track complex cases.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction while meeting response time targets.

Requirements

• Fluency in Dutch.
• Strong English communication skills for customer support interactions.
• Comfort using CRM platforms and documenting customer cases accurately in support systems.
• Ability to reside and work remotely from Greece, or willingness to relocate to Greece.
