Dutch Speaking Customer Service for Booking Platform | Relocation to Greece

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries related to travel bookings, accommodations, and itineraries via phone, email, and chat in Dutch.
• Provide detailed information on travel packages, booking procedures, and policies.
• Assist customers with changes, cancellations, and special requests effectively and professionally.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless travel experiences for customers.
• Stay updated on travel trends, destinations, and company offerings to provide informed assistance.

Requirements

• Exceptional in Dutch (both written and spoken) is essential.
• A minimum English proficiency of B2 is required.
• Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the travel or hospitality industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-oriented approach.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
• Familiarity with CRM software and travel booking systems is a plus.
