Dutch Speaking Customer Service for Digital Marketing & SEO Solutions Department

Mercier Consultancy is looking for a talented Dutch Speaking Customer Service Representative to join our Digital Marketing & SEO Solutions Department. In this dynamic role, you will provide exceptional support to our Dutch-speaking clients, assisting them with inquiries about our digital marketing services and helping them optimize their online presence.

Your fluency in Dutch will be crucial as you communicate effectively with clients, understanding their needs and providing valuable insights on SEO strategies, digital marketing campaigns, and performance metrics. You will play a key role in ensuring client satisfaction and contributing to their success in the digital landscape.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries in Dutch related to digital marketing and SEO solutions via phone, email, and chat
• Assist clients in understanding our services, tools, and best practices for effective digital marketing
• Document customer interactions systematically in our CRM system
• Collaborate with the marketing team to resolve client issues and provide tailored solutions
• Gather and analyze client feedback to enhance service delivery
• Participate in ongoing training to stay updated with industry trends and digital marketing innovations
• Educate clients on the importance of SEO and optimizing their online strategies

Requirements

• Fluent in Dutch and English, with excellent communication capabilities
• Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skills
• Experience in customer service, particularly in digital marketing or SEO, is preferred
• Able to manage multiple inquiries effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Passionate about digital marketing and helping clients succeed online
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools and CRM systems is a plus
