Dutch Speaking Customer Service for Health & Wellness Products Department

Mercier Consultancy is looking for a passionate Dutch Speaking Customer Service Representative to join our Client's Health & Wellness Products Department. In this pivotal Junior role, you will provide exceptional support to our Dutch-speaking customers, assisting them with inquiries related to our range of health and wellness products.

Your fluency in Dutch will enable you to effectively communicate with clients, helping them navigate product information, placing orders, and addressing any concerns they may have. You will play a crucial part in ensuring customer satisfaction and promoting healthy choices through our product offerings.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service in Dutch via phone, email, and chat regarding health and wellness products
• Assist customers in understanding product features, benefits, and suitability for their needs
• Handle inquiries about orders, shipping, and returns efficiently
• Document customer interactions thoroughly in our CRM system
• Collaborate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment
• Gather feedback from customers to improve our product selection and services
• Stay informed about health and wellness trends to effectively advise customers

Requirements

• Fluency in Dutch and English, with strong communication skills
• Excellent customer service skills and a genuine interest in health and wellness
• Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the health or wellness industry, is preferred
• Able to manage multiple inquiries in a busy environment
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Passion for helping customers improve their well-being through our products
• Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems is a plus
