Dutch Speaking Customer Service for NGO / Non-Profit Organization

Mercier Consultancy is seeking a dedicated Dutch Speaking Customer Service Representative for our Client, a prominent NGO/Non-Profit Organization. In this vital role, you will provide exceptional support to Dutch-speaking stakeholders, assisting them with inquiries about our initiatives, programs, and services aimed at making a positive social impact.

Your fluency in Dutch will be essential in ensuring effective communication with donors, volunteers, and the communities we serve, helping to foster strong relationships and support for our mission.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality customer service in Dutch via phone, email, and chat regarding NGO programs and services
• Assist stakeholders with inquiries about donations, volunteer opportunities, and project updates
• Resolve issues and concerns promptly while maintaining a high level of professionalism
• Document all interactions accurately in our CRM system
• Work closely with internal teams to coordinate responses and actions regarding stakeholder inquiries
• Gather feedback to help improve our outreach and community programs
• Stay informed about our organization's initiatives and social impact efforts

Requirements

• Fluency in Dutch and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills
• Passion for social causes and commitment to customer service excellence
• Previous experience in customer service, particularly in non-profit or community outreach is preferred
• Able to manage multiple inquiries and provide timely solutions
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Empathetic and able to connect with diverse stakeholders
• Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems is advantageous
