Dutch Speaking Customer Service for Online Marketplace - Work In Greece

Mercier Consultancy is excited to announce an opportunity for a Dutch Speaking Customer Service Representative to join our Client's Online Marketplace team. In this engaging role, you will provide outstanding support to our Dutch-speaking customers, assisting them with inquiries related to our diverse range of products and services offered on our online platform.

Your fluency in Dutch will play a key role in helping customers navigate the marketplace, resolve issues, and ensure their shopping experience is smooth and enjoyable. As a member of our dedicated team, you will significantly contribute to maintaining high customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service in Dutch via phone, email, and chat regarding marketplace inquiries
• Assist customers with product information, order status, returns, and other seller-related inquiries
• Efficiently resolve customer issues and complaints, providing timely solutions
• Document and track customer interactions accurately in our CRM system
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure swift resolution of complex inquiries
• Collect customer feedback to improve our products and services
• Stay informed about the latest trends in e-commerce and online shopping

Requirements

• Fluency in Dutch and English, with strong communication skills
• Excellent customer service orientation and ability to solve problems effectively
• Prior experience in customer service, especially in e-commerce or online retail, is preferred
• Able to multitask and manage customer inquiries in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Passion for online shopping and a commitment to providing a positive customer experience
• Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems is a plus
