Mercier Consultancy is thrilled to offer an exciting opportunity for a Dutch Speaking Customer Service Representative for our Client's Sports Betting Platform, based in the beautiful country of Greece. In this pivotal role, you will provide exceptional support to our Dutch-speaking customers, assisting them with inquiries related to sports betting, account management, and platform navigation.

Your fluency in Dutch will be crucial in delivering clear and effective communication as you help clients understand the betting process, resolve issues, and enhance their overall experience on our platform. Your dedication to customer service will be key to fostering a safe and enjoyable betting environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service in Dutch via phone, email, and chat, addressing inquiries related to the sports betting platform
• Assist customers with account setup, deposits, withdrawals, and betting inquiries
• Effectively resolve customer complaints while adhering to company policies
• Document all customer interactions accurately in our CRM system
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex inquiries and improve the user experience
• Stay up-to-date with sports betting trends and platform updates to provide knowledgeable assistance
• Gather and relay customer feedback to enhance our services

Requirements

• Fluent in Dutch and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong customer service orientation with a focus on achieving customer satisfaction
• Prior experience in customer service, particularly within the gaming or betting industry, is preferred
• Able to manage multiple inquiries and provide prompt resolutions
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities
• Interest in sports and a good understanding of sports betting is a plus
• Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems is advantageous
