Dutch Speaking Customer Service for Travel & Hospitality Company

Mercier Consultancy is excited to offer an opportunity for a Dutch Speaking Customer Service Representative to join our Client's Travel & Hospitality Company. In this engaging Junior role, you will provide exceptional support to our Dutch-speaking customers, assisting them with their travel inquiries, bookings, and hospitality arrangements.

Your fluency in Dutch will be essential in effectively communicating with clients, helping them navigate our services, resolve booking issues, and ensure memorable travel experiences. Your commitment to high-quality customer service will play a vital role in fostering customer loyalty and satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service in Dutch via phone, email, and chat regarding travel and hospitality inquiries
• Assist customers with travel bookings, itinerary changes, and special requests
• Resolve customer issues and complaints promptly, maintaining professionalism
• Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system
• Coordinate with internal teams and travel partners to ensure seamless service delivery
• Gather feedback from customers to enhance service offerings
• Stay updated on travel trends, destination offerings, and company promotions

Requirements

• Fluency in Dutch and English, with excellent communication skills
• Strong customer service focus and effective problem-solving abilities
• Previous experience in customer service, especially in the travel or hospitality sector, is preferred
• Able to manage multiple inquiries in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Passion for travel and helping customers create unforgettable experiences
• Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems is a plus
