Mercier Consultancy is excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for a Dutch Speaking Customer Service Representative for our Client's Travel & Hospitality Company. In this essential role, you will provide exceptional support to our Dutch-speaking customers, assisting them with inquiries related to travel bookings, accommodations, and overall hospitality services.

Your fluency in Dutch will be vital as you address customer questions, resolve booking issues, and ensure a seamless travel experience. You will play a key role in enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty by providing insightful assistance and guidance.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service in Dutch through phone, email, and chat regarding travel and hospitality inquiries
• Assist clients with travel bookings, modifications, and cancellations
• Resolve customer issues or complaints promptly and efficiently
• Document all customer interactions accurately in our CRM system
• Coordinate with hotels and travel partners to ensure smooth service delivery
• Gather feedback from customers to improve our services and offerings continually
• Stay informed about travel trends and company promotions to provide knowledgeable assistance

Requirements

• Fluency in Dutch and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills
• Exceptional customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities
• Previous experience in customer service, particularly in travel or hospitality, is preferred
• Able to handle multiple inquiries in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
• Genuine interest in travel and helping clients create unforgettable experiences
• Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems is a plus
