Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries in Dutch via phone, email, and chat
• Assist customers with setup, troubleshooting, and usage of home entertainment systems
• Document customer interactions and solutions accurately in our support system
• Work closely with technical teams to resolve complex customer issues
• Provide detailed information about product features, benefits, and services
• Gather customer feedback to help improve our products and services
• Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on product offerings

Requirements

• Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and verbal
• Previous experience in customer support, especially in the technology or electronics sector
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• A customer-oriented mindset and a passion for technology
• Ability to manage multiple inquiries efficiently in a dynamic environment
• Familiarity with customer support tools and systems is a plus
