About the role
Mercier Consultancy MD is seeking a Dutch Speaking Digital Trust and Safety Analyst to join our team in Sofia, Bulgaria, with a fully paid relocation package. This role is critical in maintaining the safety and integrity of our online platforms, ensuring they remain secure and trustworthy for all users. You will be responsible for monitoring and managing digital content to uphold community standards and safeguard user experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor user-generated content to identify potential violations of safety policies and community guidelines.
- Conduct thorough investigations into reported safety incidents, analyzing data to determine appropriate actions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and improve digital safety policies and protocols.
- Prepare detailed reports on safety trends and incident findings for management and stakeholders.
- Stay informed about emerging digital threats and best practices in online safety to proactively address risks.
- Engage with users and internal teams to promote awareness of digital safety measures.
Requirements
- Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is an advantage.
- Previous experience in digital trust and safety, content moderation, or similar roles is preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess and act on data-driven insights.
- Excellent communication skills for effective coordination and user interaction.
- Detail-oriented and highly proactive in identifying and resolving digital safety issues.
- Familiarity with online content management systems and safety tools.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to relocate to Sofia, Bulgaria, with relocation expenses covered.
