As a Dutch-Speaking iRobot Support Specialist, you will provide top-tier technical and customer support to Dutch-speaking clients using iRobot products. You will be responsible for troubleshooting, resolving technical issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience through timely and effective communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert support to Dutch-speaking iRobot customers via phone, email, and chat
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues related to iRobot products
• Guide customers on product usage and maintenance best practices
• Document support interactions accurately in the CRM system
• Collaborate with technical teams to escalate and resolve complex issues
• Contribute to the enhancement of support documentation and resources
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and maintain positive client relationships

Requirements

• Fluency in Dutch and English, both spoken and written. Your native language and nationality must be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
• Prior experience in technical support, preferably with consumer electronics or similar products
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to document issues clearly and work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Willingness to relocate to Sofia, Bulgaria (relocation fully covered)
• Self-motivated with a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
