<p><span style="font-size: 10pt;">We’re looking for a <strong>Dutch-Speaking Placement Governance Administrator</strong> to join our growing team and play a key role in ensuring our placement and compliance processes run smoothly, accurately and efficiently across the business.</span></p>

<h2><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><strong>About the Role</strong></span></span></h2>
<p><span style="font-size: 10pt;">As a Placement Governance Administrator, you’ll act as a key control point within the placement lifecycle, ensuring all placement data, contracts and compliance requirements meet business standards before progressing through the process.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 10pt;">You’ll work closely with Sales, Legal, Compliance and Pay & Bill teams to ensure placements are accurate, compliant and audit-ready at every stage.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 10pt;">This role is ideal for someone with strong administration skills, excellent attention to detail and the confidence to challenge and resolve issues where needed.</span></p>
<h2><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></span></span></h2>
<h3><span style="font-size: 10pt;">CRM & Data Administration</span></h3>
<ul>
<li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Create, maintain and update placement, client and candidate records within the CRM system</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Ensure all master data is accurate, complete and aligned to internal standards</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Identify and resolve data issues before downstream processing</span></li>
</ul>
<h3><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Placement Review & Governance</span></h3>
<ul>
<li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Review placement information prior to Pay & Bill handover</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Validate key details including rates, dates, terms and compliance requirements</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Act as a quality control checkpoint to minimise errors and delays</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Approve, hold or return placements where standards are not met</span></li>
</ul>
<h3><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Compliance Administration</span></h3>
<ul>
<li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Review and monitor compliance requirements for each placement</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Chase outstanding compliance documentation with consultants and stakeholders</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Maintain accurate and auditable compliance records</span></li>
</ul>
<h3><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Stakeholder Collaboration</span></h3>
<ul>
<li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Work closely with Sales, Legal, Compliance and Operations teams</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Escalate recurring issues or non-compliance where appropriate</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Support continuous improvement across placement processes</span></li>
</ul>
<h2><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><strong>What We’re Looking For</strong></span></span></h2>
<ul>
<li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><strong>Ability to speak Dutch (written and verbal) to at least A-level standard or equivalent – full fluency is not required</strong></span></li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Strong administrative and organisational skills</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Confident communicator with a professional approach</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Proactive mindset with strong problem-solving skills</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Experience working with CRM systems and data management is desirable</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Previous experience within recruitment, compliance, operations or administration is advantageous</span></li>
