As a Reservations Agent, you will be responsible for helping Dutch-speaking customers book and manage their flight reservations while delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist Dutch-speaking customers with flight bookings, changes, and cancellations via phone, email, and chat.
• Provide accurate and clear information about flight schedules, fares, and airline policies.
• Ensure accurate processing of reservations and timely communication of confirmations.
• Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide professional support to ensure a positive customer experience.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and flight bookings using airline reservation systems.
• Collaborate with colleagues to uphold high standards of customer service and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Fluency in Dutch (spoken and written) is required; proficiency in English is an advantage.
• Previous experience in airline reservations, customer service, or related fields is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-oriented approach.
• Familiarity with airline reservation systems and office software.
• Ability to handle challenging situations calmly and efficiently.
• Willingness to relocate to Athens with paid relocation support provided.
• Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to work independently as well as within a team.
