Mercier Consultancy Group is offering an exciting opportunity for a Dutch Speaking Reservations Agent to work in Greece with paid relocation support. This role involves assisting Dutch-speaking clients with their booking needs, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring a seamless reservation process within the travel and hospitality industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist Dutch-speaking customers with accommodation and travel reservations through various communication channels including phone, email, and chat.
• Provide accurate and up-to-date information regarding properties, prices, policies, and booking procedures.
• Manage reservation modifications, cancellations, and special requests efficiently.
• Resolve customer inquiries promptly and professionally to maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Maintain detailed records of interactions and bookings using company systems.
• Collaborate with colleagues to uphold quality service standards and meet team goals.

Requirements

• Fluency in Dutch (both spoken and written) is required; proficiency in English is beneficial.
• Experience in reservations, customer service, or the hospitality sector is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented approach.
• Familiarity with online booking platforms and CRM tools is advantageous.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
• Willingness to relocate to Greece; relocation costs will be covered.
• Self-motivated, adaptable, and capable of working independently and as part of a team.
