Mercier Consultancy MD is hiring Dutch-Speaking Video Streaming Customer Experts to join our team in Greece. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about video streaming services and committed to delivering excellent customer support to Dutch-speaking customers. Your primary responsibility will be to assist customers in resolving their inquiries and ensuring a smooth streaming experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service in Dutch via phone, email, and chat, addressing questions related to video streaming services.
• Assist customers with managing their accounts, subscription information, and basic technical troubleshooting.
• Accurately document customer interactions and update CRM systems accordingly.
• Stay informed about the latest video streaming products, features, and promotional offers.
• Collaborate with the team to resolve customer issues efficiently and improve service quality.
• Identify and escalate complex customer concerns to the relevant internal departments as needed.

Requirements

• Fluent Dutch language skills (both spoken and written) are required; English proficiency is an advantage.
• Relevant experience in customer service, particularly within the video streaming or technology sectors, is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and a strong customer-oriented approach.
• Basic technical knowledge to assist with troubleshooting of video streaming services.
• Experience using CRM software and digital communication platforms.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate well within a team based in Greece.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends as required.
