Responsibilities
Summary:
We are looking for a Customer Success Architect (CSA) specializing in Dynamics 365 to drive successful customer outcomes through technical expertise, solution design, and end-to-end delivery. This role requires strong hands-on experience in Dynamics 365 and Power Platform, combined with a customer-first mindset and delivery excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end delivery of Dynamics 365 solutions (CE/F&O/Supply Chain) aligned with customer business needs
- Design and implement scalable architectures leveraging Dynamics 365 and Power Platform
- Provide technical guidance and best practices for system integration, customization, and optimization
- Own complex customer issues and ensure timely resolution with full accountability
- Collaborate closely with customers to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Drive adoption and value realization through continuous improvement and proactive engagement
- Support pre-sales activities, including solution design, demos, and technical discussions
Qualifications
Technical Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 (CE/CRM or F&O/Supply Chain)
- Proficiency in Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse)
- Solid development experience in:
- C#, .NET, JavaScript (for CE customization)
- X++, Power Fx, or extensions (for F&O)
- Experience in API integration, REST services, and system interoperability
- Knowledge of Azure services (Logic Apps, Functions, Azure AD) is a plus
- Familiarity with data migration, security model, and solution lifecycle management (ALM)
Soft Skills & Competencies
- Strong ownership with the ability to drive issues end-to-end
- Customer-focused mindset with excellent communication skills
- Ability to adapt to changing customer requirements and environments
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Experience working in cross-regional or global teams is preferred
Preferred Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Dynamics 365.
- Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 or Power Platform
- Experience in enterprise-scale implementations
- Prior experience in consulting or customer-facing roles
