This is a full-time, in-person position.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>We are looking for a <strong>Dynamics 365 Finance &amp; Operations (F&amp;O) Analyst</strong> to support the administration, enhancement, and ongoing optimization of our <strong>Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance &amp; Operations (F&amp;O)</strong> platform. Working under the direction of a Senior Manager within IT, this role partners closely with finance and operational teams to improve system functionality, streamline business processes, and ensure stable, reliable performance.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Support daily administration and end-user support for the Dynamics 365 F&amp;O platform.</li> <li>Configure system settings, including legal entities and security roles/permissions.</li> <li>Identify and support process improvements, enhancements, and system optimization.</li> <li>Gather and document business requirements and translate them into functional needs.</li> <li>Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and third-party consultants to deliver system changes.</li> <li>Coordinate and perform functional testing, including UAT and deployment support.</li> <li>Support system releases, regression testing, and maintain RSAT automation scripts.</li> <li>Monitor system performance, track issues, and help drive continuous improvement.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p> <p>Required:</p> <ul> <li>Exposure to finance/accounting functions (e.g., GL, AP, AR).</li> <li>Interest in troubleshooting system issues and supporting end users.</li> <li>Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.</li> <li>Strong communication skills with the ability to work across technical and business teams.</li> <li>This position is fully in-office.</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>Preferred:</p> <ul> <li>2–3 years of experience supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance &amp; Operations (or Dynamics AX).</li> <li>Familiarity with RSAT or other automated testing tools.</li> <li>Experience with Azure DevOps (or similar work tracking tools).</li> <li>Experience documenting business requirements and/or functional specifications.</li> <li>Exposure to integrations, data management, or Microsoft Power Platform.</li> </ul><div class="content-conclusion"><p class="font_8 wixui-rich-text__text"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"><span class="wixui-rich-text__text">Holder is committed to Equal Opportunity Employment (EOE).</span></span></p> <p class="font_8 wixui-rich-text__text"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"><span class="wixGuard wixui-rich-text__text">​</span><span class="wixui-rich-text__text">Substance abuse testing and a background screening is a condition of employment and&nbsp;Holder Construction does not sponsor applicants for immigration status or benefits.</span></span></p></div>
