Key Responsibilities
- Full Repair Cycle: You manage the entire process, from initial assessment and inspection to precise fault detection, professional spare parts selection, and the execution of the actual repair.
- Technical Authority: You determine the necessary scope of the repair, making decisions based on technical expertise, not customer requests.
- Quality Assurance: You conduct meticulous quality controls to ensure our customers receive perfectly refurbished e-bikes at all times.
- Expert Input: You contribute your specialized knowledge in hardware and software.
- Continuous Improvement: You actively participate in the ongoing enhancement of our repair processes and the overall quality of our e-bikes.
- Team Collaboration: You are an important team player, contributing your ideas for optimizing the workshop operations and workflows.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Professional Background: You have experience as a bicycle mechanic, two-wheel mechanic, two-wheel mechatronics technician, automotive mechanic (Kfz-Mechaniker:in), or possess mechanical/craftsmanship experience from a similar field. Ideally, you have completed one of the relevant vocational training programs (apprenticeships). However, we also welcome career changers (Quereinsteiger) who bring a solid understanding of (E-)bike repairs!
- Skills & Attitude: You are highly organized and enjoy thorough, independent work.
- Growth Mindset: You enjoy experimenting with new repair processes and continuously improving them.
- Language Skills: You have good proficiency in German and/or English.
