About the Role:
We are looking for a Professional E-Commerce Customer Support Specialist to join our team and provide top-tier assistance to our customers. The ideal candidate is highly skilled in handling customer inquiries, processing returns, managing refunds, and resolving order issues with a polished and professional English accent.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer support via email and phone, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
- Process returns and refunds efficiently using Refund Sniper.
- Manage and resolve customer order issues with professionalism and urgency.
- Handle FedEx and other carrier claims, ensuring accurate tracking and resolution.
- Utilize Zendesk, BigCommerce, SellerCloud, and ShipStation to manage tickets and order processing.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and resolutions.
Requirements
Requirements:
- Previous experience in e-commerce customer support, preferably in a remote setting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a clear, neutral or polished English accent.
- Proficiency in Zendesk, BigCommerce, SellerCloud, ShipStation, and Refund Sniper is a plus.
- Ability to problem-solve and handle customer concerns with patience and professionalism.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently in a remote environment.
