Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled E-commerce Manager with proven experience in managing online stores, marketplaces, and driving digital sales growth. The ideal candidate will lead the e-commerce team and coordinate with agencies to maximize online revenue and performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and optimize online stores and marketplace presence (Shopify, Amazon, etc.)
Develop and execute digital sales strategies to achieve growth targets
Monitor and analyze website and campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and Meta Ads Manager
Coordinate with marketing, sales, and external agencies to implement campaigns
Lead, mentor, and manage the e-commerce team
Report on KPIs, sales performance, and ROI for digital channels
Stay updated on e-commerce trends and competitor strategies
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
Years of Experience: 5 – 8 years in e-commerce/digital sales
Proven experience managing online stores and digital marketplaces
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Leadership ability with experience managing teams and agencies
Proficiency in Shopify, Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager
Targeted Industries: Retail, FMCG, E-commerce
Reporting To: Head of Digital / Commercial Director
