<p><strong>Purpose of Position</strong></p>

<li>This role is responsible for maximising CASETiFY’s global DTC web and app revenue by owning day-to-day trading, site experience, and promotional strategy, and turning data and customer insights into actionable commercial decisions.</li>

<p><strong>Job Description</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Own day‑to‑day and weekly trading performance of the global DTC web and app, focusing on sales, conversion, and key site KPIs.</li>
<li>Plan and manage the trading and promotion calendar across markets, including major campaigns, collab launches, and seasonal peaks.</li>
<li>Oversee on‑site merchandising and product assortment so the right products, stories, and visuals surface at the right time in each market.</li>
<li>Drive product discovery through search, SEO, and navigation improvements to help customers find and buy what they want easily.</li>
<li>Lead site analytics and CRO testing, turning data and customer behaviour into clear actions to improve conversion and basket size.</li>
<li>Govern all on‑site discount and promotional mechanics, ensuring offers are commercially sound and protect margin and brand.</li>
<li>Partner closely with Marketing, CRM, Creative, Product, and Tech teams to coordinate campaigns and site changes that support trading goals.</li>
<li>Report trading results and insights to senior stakeholders, highlighting risks, opportunities, and recommended actions.</li>

<p><strong>Requirement</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>5–8 years of e‑commerce experience in a DTC brand, with hands‑on responsibility for trading, merchandising, or site performance.</li>
<li>Proven track record of owning sales or revenue targets and planning promotions or campaigns to hit them.</li>
<li>Strong skills in using web analytics tools (e.g. GA4) to understand customer behaviour and spot trading opportunities.</li>
<li>Experience managing on‑site merchandising, content, and product launches across multiple markets.</li>
<li>Comfortable working with promotion and discount mechanics (e.g. promo codes, bundles, flash sales) and measuring their impact.</li>
<li>Able to work cross‑functionally with marketing, CRM, creative, product, and tech teams, communicating clearly and making data‑backed recommendations.</li>
<li>Happy to work in a buzzing multicultural environment.</li>
<li>Proficient in spoken and written Mandarin and English.</li>
