E-commerce Portfolio Manager

<p>We are looking for a business-minded Portfolio Manager to act as a leader with a 360° view of assigned categories and countries. You will drive strategy, manage a diverse portfolio, and collaborate across teams to ensure growth and profitability in your region.</p> <p>The e-commerce landscape is shifting fast. We value energy, potential, and the courage to look for smarter, modern ways of doing things.</p> <p>Remuneration starts at 1900 €/month gross + variable part&nbsp;</p> <h3>&nbsp;</h3> <h2><strong><span data-contrast="none">What you will do:&nbsp;&nbsp;</span></strong></h2> <ul> <li>Develop and execute end-to-end category strategies, set pricing, and drive commercial objectives as the primary business owner for your markets.</li> <li>Oversee the lifecycle of our products, making key decisions on launches, maintenance, and phase-outs based on performance.</li> <li>Support the forecasting cycle, ensuring accuracy by incorporating market trends, seasonality, and local variables with the help of modern data tools.</li> <li>Translate market insights into product briefs for development and support content localization to ensure it resonates with local customers.</li> <li>Partner with Operations to optimize costs and inventory, and work with Marketing to boost category visibility across digital channels (Google, Meta, etc.).</li> </ul> <h2>&nbsp;</h2> <h2><strong>What your typical day will actually look like:</strong></h2> <ul> <li>30–40% Analytics &amp; Performance Review: Diving into sales data, margins, pricing, stock levels, forecasts, and market trends.</li> <li>25–30% Team Coordination: Acting as a bridge and working closely with Marketing, Operations, Content, Product, and Sales teams.</li> <li>20–25% Strategic &amp; Category Decisions: Shaping product lifecycles, pricing setups, launches, phase-outs, and specific country plans.</li> <li>10–15% Content &amp; Market Localization: Ensuring our products and campaigns fit local customers perfectly (and yes, this is where your tech-forward approach and AI tools will save you heaps of time).</li> </ul> <h2>&nbsp;</h2> <h2><strong><span data-contrast="none">What we are looking for: </span></strong><span data-ccp-props="{&quot;134233117&quot;:true,&quot;134233118&quot;:true,&quot;201341983&quot;:0,&quot;335559740&quot;:240}">&nbsp;</span></h2> <ul> <li>Strong analytical skills to interpret data, trends, and financial metrics.</li> <li>Experience in product lifecycle management and forecasting.</li> <li>Ability to work cross-functionally (Logistics, Marketing, Product Development).</li> <li>Strategic thinking with a hands-on approach to problem-solving.</li> <li>1+ years of experience in e-commerce or similar positions.</li> <li>Tech-forward approach: Comfort with using AI tools (like ChatGPT or other automation) to work smarter, speed up daily routines, and handle data/text processing efficiently.</li> </ul> <h3>&nbsp;</h3> <h2><strong>What we offer:&nbsp;</strong></h2> <ul> <li>Teambuildings – Meet your colleagues in informal setting like Family day and let yourself loose during our Christmas and Summer parties.
