  • Responding to Inquiries: Addressing customer queries via chat and other direct channels.
  • Follow-Up Communication: Engaging with B2B account holders, bulk purchasers, repeat customers, influencers, and affiliates.
  • Driving Conversions: Building relationships and guiding prospects through the buying process to secure sales.
  • Upselling Opportunities: Identifying and pursuing opportunities for upselling and repeat purchases.
  • Marketing Strategies: Implementing marketing and digital marketing strategies to enhance lead engagement and sales performance.

Qualifications:
