I.E. Health - Sales Associate (Health & Fitness)

Job Summary:

The Sales Associate is responsible for converting inbound leads and outbound prospects into paying clients for I.E. Health’s training and coaching services. This role is client-facing and relationship-driven, focused on understanding client needs and matching them with the appropriate training solution.

This individual represents the I.E. Health brand and plays a key role in revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound leads (website, social, referrals, campaigns)

• Conduct initial consultations (phone, video, or in-person)

• Educate prospects on I.E. Health services and offerings
  

• Close sales for:
  

• In-person training
  

• Online coaching
  

• Programs and challenges
  

• Maintain accurate CRM records and follow-ups
  

• Hit weekly and monthly outreach and conversion targets
  

• Collaborate with coaches to ensure smooth client onboarding
  

• Uphold brand standards and customer experience expectations
  

Required Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  

• Comfort discussing health, fitness, and lifestyle goals
  

• Sales or customer-facing experience preferred
  

• Self-motivated and results-driven
  

• Ability to follow scripts while personalizing conversations
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in fitness, wellness, or coaching environments
  

• Familiarity with CRM systems - GoHighLevel/Twilio
  

• Understanding of Trainerize or similar platforms (a plus)

Commission Structure

• 5–10% commission on closed sales
  

• Commission paid on:
  

• First month of training
  

• Program sales
  

• Example:
  

• $300/month client → $15–$30 commission
  

• $1,000 package → $50–$100 commission
