Familiarity with <strong data-path-to-node="12,1,0" data-index-in-node="98">Canva, After Effects, or Figma</strong> is a must.</li> <li data-path-to-node="12,2,0"><strong data-path-to-node="12,2,0" data-index-in-node="0">Technical Excellence:</strong> Expert-level knowledge of SCORM standards and seamless integration with LMS platforms (specifically <strong data-path-to-node="12,2,0" data-index-in-node="122">360Learning</strong>).</li> <li data-path-to-node="12,3,0"><strong data-path-to-node="12,3,0" data-index-in-node="0">Agile Collaboration:</strong> A performance-oriented mindset with the ability to manage tight deadlines while working cross-functionally with HR, R&amp;D, and Product teams.</li> </ul> <h3 data-path-to-node="14"><strong data-path-to-node="14" data-index-in-node="0">Requirements</strong></h3> <ul> <li data-path-to-node="15,0,0">5+ years in e-learning design and development with a strong portfolio of "edutainment" style work.</li> <li data-path-to-node="15,1,0">Confident use of <strong data-path-to-node="15,1,0" data-index-in-node="27">ChatGPT, ElevenLabs, and AI video tools</strong> to speed up production and personalization.</li> <li data-path-to-node="15,2,0">Expert in <strong data-path-to-node="15,2,0" data-index-in-node="22">Articulate 360</strong>; proficient in <strong data-path-to-node="15,2,0" data-index-in-node="52">Premiere Pro, Camtasia, or After Effects</strong>.</li> <li data-path-to-node="15,3,0">Fluency in <strong data-path-to-node="15,3,0" data-index-in-node="22">English</strong> (C1/C2) and <strong data-path-to-node="15,3,0" data-index-in-node="42">Spanish</strong> (B2/C1).
