As we continue to scale, we are looking for exceptionally talented individuals who are excited to help shape the next era of micromobility.</p> <h2>Job Summary</h2> <p class="isSelectedEnd">Veo seeks operations professionals who are passionate about providing riders with an excellent experience by maintaining our vehicles and continually improving the efficiency of our fleet operations. E-Scooter Delivery Drivers locate, swap batteries, and rebalance vehicles throughout the city while performing quality checks and minor repairs.</p> <p class="isSelectedEnd">The ideal candidate for this role will be a team player who enjoys solving problems, working with their hands, and staying active throughout the shift.</p> <h2>Responsibilities</h2> <ul data-spread="false"> <li>Follow mobile app instructions to complete shift tasks</li> <li>Drive a company van to locate scooters and swap batteries</li> <li>Rebalance scooters from low-demand to high-demand areas</li> <li>Perform basic repairs and quality checks</li> <li>Respond to on-demand requests to locate and retrieve scooters</li> <li>Complete other duties as assigned</li> </ul> <h2>Qualifications &amp; Skills</h2> <ul data-spread="false"> <li>21+ years old</li> <li>Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record</li> <li>Comfortable driving a company van</li> <li>Have a smartphone and be app-savvy</li> <li>Ability to lift up to 60 lbs without assistance</li> <li>Strong communication skills and attention to detail</li> <li>Self-motivated and able to work independently</li> </ul> <h2>Nice to Haves</h2> <ul data-spread="false"> <li>Knowledge of local geography and street layouts</li> <li>Familiarity with the Corvallis area and surrounding streets</li> <li>Flexible schedule, including weekends</li> <li>Experience in warehouse, manufacturing, delivery, or related fields</li> </ul> <h2>Perks</h2> <ul data-spread="false"> <li>Competitive hourly wage</li> <li>Company-provided van</li> <li>Opportunity to work in a fast-paced, growing technology company</li> <li>Veo ride credits</li> <li>Flexible work environment</li> </ul> <p></p><div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="description">Below is the expected salary range for this position.
