The E-Sourcing Specialist will be responsible for managing several categories of medium to high complexity across the entire company.  He will work closely with Category Managers (Global/Regional) within the Procurement organization to develop and execute medium to complex e-sourcing projects, as part of the eSourcing Team.

 

 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: 

 

• Managing global/regional categories of medium to high complexity, using stategic sourcing principles. Must understand the requirements/business needs of the various regions/categories and provide event strategy development including strategy, auction types and optimum auction rules etc..
• RFx (RFI, RFP and eAuctions) setup and analysis. Create RFX projects using existing esourcing tool. 
• Provide supplier and business technical support on esourcing tool remotely. Supplier query resolution and supplier training, practice & coordination.
• Provide live support during eAuctions. Support analysis of the final bids, associated documentation including supplier selection support, scenario analysis etc. 
• Complete post event Savings tracking & Reporting.
• Work effectively with the global and regional procurement organization to capture and validate requirements
