• Engage in specialized training and professional development opportunities focused on Early Years SEN practices, refining your approach to support effective, inclusive learning
• Continuously assess student progress, adjusting teaching strategies as needed and providing regular feedback to parents and SEN team members to ensure consistent, aligned support

Experience & Qualifications

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with proven experience in Early Years education; SEN experience is highly desirable
• Patience, empathy, and creativity in lesson planning, enabling you to design engaging and adaptable activities that meet a range of developmental abilities and learning styles
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with support staff, parents, and SEN professionals, building a network of support for each child’s growth
• A collaborative approach and dedication to inclusive education, with a commitment to fostering a positive, supportive environment for young learners
• A current, clear Enhanced DBS check is required to ensure the safety and well-being of all students
