Position: Early Years Teacher

Location: Peacehaven

Salary: Up to £31,800 per year pro rata depending on experience and hours

Hours: Full-time or part time hours available!

Holidays: 32 days (including Bank Holidays)

What You’ll Do:

• Plan, deliver, and evaluate exciting and age-appropriate educational activities aligned with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
• Inspire and nurture children’s curiosity, creativity, and confidence through play and learning.
• Work closely with your team to create a warm, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment.
• Observe and assess children’s development, creating individualised plans to help them thrive.
• Build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues, providing regular feedback and support.
• Ensure high standards of safety, hygiene, and safeguarding are maintained at all times.

What You Bring to the Team:

• A recognised Early Years Teaching qualification (such as EYTS or QTS)
• Experience working in an early years or nursery setting.
• A deep understanding of the EYFS framework and a commitment to delivering outstanding early education.
• Strong organisational, communication, and teamwork skills.
• A passion for making a positive impact on the lives of young children.
