Job Brief: Emergency Care Management (ECM) Care Coordinator The Emergency Care Management (ECM) Care Coordinator provides support to the ECM Hub in transferring Kaiser members from non-preferred hospitals and Kaiser medical offices, Advanced Care Centers (ACC), and Clinical Decision Units (CDU) to our core and preferred hospitals.
