About the role
We are looking for a tech-savvy Ecommerce Administrator to manage and optimize our online storefronts. You will be responsible for day-to-day operations, content updates, and performance analysis to drive online sales for our Australian business. Platform-agnostic skills are key.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations of e-commerce platforms (e.g., Magento, Shopify, BigCommerce).
- Upload and update product listings, images, descriptions, and pricing.
- Configure and manage promotions, discounts, and landing pages.
- Troubleshoot and resolve platform issues, liaising with developers or vendors as needed.
- Monitor site performance and generate reports on sales, traffic, and customer behavior.
- Ensure a seamless and secure customer checkout experience.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, IT, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience administering an e-commerce platform in a commercial setting, preferably supporting international markets.
- Platform-agnostic with a willingness to learn new systems; specific experience with Magento, Shopify, HubSpot, or Salesforce Commerce Cloud is a plus.
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS is advantageous.
- Analytical mind with experience using Google Analytics or similar tools.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
